CIMB Berhad's CRM System has all the basic module that you would have expect from all other CRM System. It has a customer module that keeps track of their customer information, and a prospect module for their prospect information. It has a user module to allow and restrict user to operate on certain module. It has a administrator module that gives the administrator rights to perform critical tasks.
